Works well with Thunderbird Lightning .ics files Finally a sync tool which works well on the Samsung S3 (Android 4.0) with local copies of Lightning .ics files --no need to set up a full CalDav server on the PC-- generated under Ubuntu 12.04. Somehow all other ics importers got confused by a number of entries sent from an Exchange server and accepted into Lightning. The startdate for all these invites was set to sometime in 1970. In addition one of the other ics import tools shifted all times to UMT. But icssync handles all items perfectly. The user interface could be a little friendlier, maybe with a local help file, but once you understand you have to point to the local .ics and also to a named calendar on your phone it does its thing.

Outlook Calendar to Android Calendar - no problem! Changed my Blackberry for a Galaxy S3 mini running Jelly Bean and was stressing about not being able to sync with Outlook 2007 from my work computer. Can't install Kies as work are funny about that kind of thing, and my work browser is so out of date that using Google/Gmail wasn't an option either, so I needed another way. Found this app, tried the free version first and - IT WORKED! Well okay, not a true sync, more a way of transferring a 'snapshot' of your Outlook calendar using a .ics file (that you then sync into aCalendar) but more than good enough if you update your calender on the pc more than you do on the phone. And, it doesn't overwrite any data you've input into the phone, it merges with it. Fantastic app. Well worth the price.

Perfect for ppl not using Google Sync Finally, an app that allows me the functionality of having my .ics WebDav calendars with me on my Android wherever I go. Simple, easy to use and best of all, I don't have to go through Google for syncing. The support is great... the devs were quick to get back to me on troubleshooting a minor issue!

No go on nexus 7 android 4.2 Quite a disappointment that the app apparently does not work on Nexus 7 jellybean. Works fine on my htc one x phone with its Android calendar.
