Only thing that upset me was getting the authentication working now, I'm out because it said I entered my password wrong. "Go to this ant set one up! No"" I said it won't me log into send a message at all, so I have to make an another one just to get emailed back. I'm stuck

The company is a joke. They gave me identity away to an email address that has NEVER even been associated with me. I've uploaded my ID and selfie, and they won't unlock MY account. MY email addresses are blocked, and an unknown is considered the valid one. It's been 5 weeks since my case was supposedly escalated, but ZERO action has been taken. Several emails have been ignored at this point.

It doesn't do what it is supposed to do. I have been trying for days to reset my password, and it keeps telling me to open this app and when I do, nothing happen.
