Technician punches often don't record or sync to IntelliDealer. Pictures are often lost to the void. Limited functionality on work orders and terminology doesn't always line up with IntelliTech. Desktop version is much more reliable than the app.

Login does not work properly. Some days it logs in first go other times it might take 30 attempts to log in. Terrible app
