The app had its issues, especially constantly forgetting my login details, but mainly worked OK. Until today when my Samsung a52s had a system upgrade and the app no longer loads. Without this failure it would have received a 4-star review rather than the 1 star I gave it. Edit. Uninstall and reinstalled and now works OK again

I installed this app six months ago and have been using it on a daily basis for the last 3 months since autumn/winter set in. Despite all the terrible reviews, all I can say is it is working exactly as it should work for me, and I am very satisfied with it. Am I doing something wrong?!

App temp reads diff to touch thermostat, can't reset, says on when it's off, sort it out!! Otherwise it's a good boiler, upto now!!!!!

The Geolocation doesn't work on this app. I have tried everything to let the app work in the background and given it all permissions. The general use of the app is good when all you want to do is turn the heating on, off and change the temperature.
