A very good app to search for properties in Italy / Sicily / Capri. Unfortunately, it does not show what the taxes on the properties are. Nor does it show how long a property has been on the market, the original listing price, etc .

Companies like spacest and pothole turned idealista into a garbage bin. They repost same listing every day, literally flooding and idealista does nothing to prevent it. Not talking about the dirty practices of the rental agencies like forcing clients into signing a contract with them (which is against the law), but idealista stays away from this, their objective is money and only money, no morals, no mission.

Their service is not good because asians are not good but for other good Asians, they don't get rent, they are not all the same. The company should think about it. Thank you, and I'm sorry on behalf of all those bad Asians.
