Go for Idealista! I have rented out quite a few apartments through them for free, but this time I had to pay. I have tried to avoid paying by publishing on the other platforms, but nothing worked. I have paid for 15 days on Idealista, and within a few minutes I have received a telephone call from the potential tenant to meet the same day. The Idealista has made a legit rental contract for me, I was just entering the data step by step to just print it out in the end. Bingo! Worth every penny!

This is a great app, because you have the option to select ENGLISH. 🥰. So you least you can read the details of each item listed. Also, another very positive option, is if you discover wrong info, you can alert them to this, and they correct it. Also, you have the option to receive alerts, for the area of your choice. 👍🏻

1) It keeps sending me offers at a price 200-900 Euros higher than my clearly set price limit! 2) the same thing is going on about AUCTIONS: I clearly said "no auctions", and yet, they keep sending me plenty of them, and I wrote to them about this, but to no avail: they just wrote back that I should review my settings, thus washing their hands about it. 3) the same for "Nuda propriety", i.e. "bare property with a life tenant": they keep sending those too! One star for now, but soon uninstalling.

Their service is not good because asians are not good but for other good Asians, they don't get rent, they are not all the same. The company should think about it. Thank you, and I'm sorry on behalf of all those bad Asians.
