This is the closest to a USA MLS=multiple listing service, where all is for sale no matter the listing agency. Since I'm looking for a rental, it is very time-consuming, I have to keep looking everywhere I can to find (long-term year around rental vs long-term Off Seasonal rental) listings for rent year around. The app doesn't sort these out well.

This is a great app, because you have the option to select ENGLISH. 🥰. So you least you can read the details of each item listed. Also, another very positive option, is if you discover wrong info, you can alert them to this, and they correct it. Also, you have the option to receive alerts, for the area of your choice. 👍🏻

Idealista is a great tool when house hunting. The searches can be tailored to suit your requirements. Having different search areas means it's easy to compare houses in different areas.

Was good but the municipality borders lines you forced on us are way too bold and distracting. Any way of being able to tone them down? Can't even find country border's or roads because the municipality borderlines stand out way too much. Can they be turned off in settings.? Now using another app👎

1) It keeps sending me offers at a price 200-900 Euros higher than my clearly set price limit! 2) the same thing is going on about AUCTIONS: I clearly said "no auctions", and yet, they keep sending me plenty of them, and I wrote to them about this, but to no avail: they just wrote back that I should review my settings, thus washing their hands about it. 3) the same for "Nuda propriety", i.e. "bare property with a life tenant": they keep sending those too! One star for now, but soon uninstalling.

All of a sudden idealista app is not launching on my Samsung Ultra 23 presumably due to a bug. Any solution? I have already uninstalled and reinstall. I have deleted the cache and data memory. I have updated my phone software. Nothing helps

Their service is not good because asians are not good but for other good Asians, they don't get rent, they are not all the same. The company should think about it. Thank you, and I'm sorry on behalf of all those bad Asians.
