The app feels outdated and in need of a complete refresh. While some features exist, they seem underdeveloped—more like checkbox additions than tools designed with user needs in mind. This level of digital experience isn’t acceptable in 2025.

My colleague has got a display problem which makes him cannot press the confirm button at the top corner, which makes the app not usable on his Honor 200 phone
