This is a great Thing for your pets with microchips when you get your pet chiped give all the information about them and yourself Great The one thing I don't like is when you have done this you get bombarded with emails Saying you've not finished registration for your pet and when you look every thing is absolutely perfect all information is there what they want you to do is take out insurance and do you know they DON'T GIVE YOU ANY WAY TO CONTACT THEM it's a no reply mail no phone number no emai

Robbing people of money in a cost of living crisis. I have the ten pound account but to change my address I have to upgrade to the thirty pound account meaning do I cut back on my food or my other cats medication and kidney diet biscuits? Of course, it will be me cutting back to some people it's not much but to me, it's a lot I'm disabled and money is tight, but I live by my budget and it works. I'm not lazy I have uncontrolled epilepsy, fibromyalgia kidney failure my cats are my world.

I've opted out of marketing, unsubscribed via email, so why do you keep emailing me to upgrade and pay you money. I received a phone call this morning from identi she said she was calling to make sure I had all my details correct and then to offer me an upgrade at a cost. Can you stop hounding me for money the whole point in my getting the cats mi cropped is for my benefit should they get lost it's not a database for your constant marketing, I hope you arnt selling my data either?
