No way to get to next level. I got all oil from the rocks on first level however won't let me go to another level

Game has several issues. First got stuck on 2 map had to start over cuz Game crashed n it didn't give me to quest for buying diesel rig. Now im stuck on map 3 again cuz it will mot let me go to the 3rd map it just switches between the first 2 maps.
