Manage the prisoners and operate the prison facilities to earn money. A prison facility starts out as a one story building, but it soon becomes a high-rise building as you learn how to operate it strategically.
It is an ""idle"" tycoon game, so the criminals work continuously even if you're not playing the game. They're being rehabilitated nonstop, so you don't have to worry!
Criminal Manager Simulation
The troublemakers that enter the prison need to take education courses to be rehabilitated! Try upgrading the Gym, Labor Zone, Meditation Room, etc. Also, guide them through the education course to change their behaviors and looks. The savage criminals will be able to lead normal lives once they complete the rehabilitation program.
Try hiring qualified prison guards. You need to come up with the appropriate strategy to hire guards for each rehabilitation room. The guards are basically 'teachers' who possess different skills! You'll find hairstylists, fashion designers, kickboxers (who change the criminals' behaviors), and many more! Develop your strategy to hire various types of teachers!
The value of the prisoners increases every time they pass through a rehabilitation room, so you'll be able to earn more money as long as the prisoners keep moving. Fun game. Can take a while to build up but that's ok. Only real problem is the "RANDOM" PRIZE WHEEL. It's supposed to be random but the thing lands on 5 minute of money 19 out 20 times. If it's called majority 5 minute money winner cool just don't tell me it's random lol

You don't need more power or water to get to prison. You just got to commit a crime. ...but some of them are waiting in the REAL prison, to bring the entire system there all over again... except next time there won't be any release... they won't be saving anything. Not even money.

Might enjoy game if I could play it for longer than 3 minutes at a time! The game just freezes for no reason. It has been over a year since I wrote this review so thought I would give it a second chance. They have updated, so something had to change. IT DID! It got worse. Now I can't even get the first prisoner out on the tutorial before it freezes! Your games SUCK!!!

At first, I liked this game quite a bit, but after the first couple of levels, it becomes ridiculously hard to get to the next level, as the requirements cost far more money or gems than could be reasonably generated. It is basically impossible to get ahead without watching ads.

I got enough cards but still need 100 hot dogs to upgrade the guard. Why aren't the cards enough? The guards might be too low levelled, so you have to manually process prisoners. It's tedious and boring. A game clearly built around you buying hot dogs and/or cards with real money.
