Using this app feels a lot more comfortable and nice that 3 years before. Would be good to have connection with Google Maps and function for buying tickets for instant activation in two clicks (for case is you now that you'll use few tickets, but don't sure about time and can activate tickets right now)

Whoever is facing the issue, please log out from other devices. Check your SPAM folder; you will receive an email with a link to log out from the old device. Unfortunately, this email may be treated as SPAM in Gmail. I received many emails but didn't check the SPAM folder. Now, I am able to log out and log in on the new device. Please carefully check your SPAM folder

Working with the bank cards is complète disaster. You put card, the app asks for authorization. I give authorization, but session expires. I do it again. Then after authorization request I buy a ticket. From time to time it forget the card. So to have authorization with switched on card remembering is also a tricky thing. And you can't add the card before the ride like in any service. No, you should do it ride before the travel when the bus arrives. Very 'convenient'.

After I changed my phone I was unable to log in, and I received message that I'm already logged in on my old phone. It pisses you off when you are in the city, and you don't have your old phone with you! Like are you kidding me? Why is there no option to log out all your devices when reseting password? How should I do that when my phone is for example stolen? Btw. when I tried to log out on my old phone it did nothing. I was unable to logout. Now I have to write an email. Total joke.
