Worst app, looting people in the name of IELTS best preparation platform. Their app never works properly. Customer care does not even bother. They are like, who cares. We have taken your money, now you people go to hell.

Such the worst experience. The members are only plying back and forth and bother you via calling again and again till then receive the complete payment. After getting money they don't care about your preparation. The employees are so careless and unsatisfied service. Worst customer care service. Really disgusting 🙄

My ielts exam was in November this year, so I enrolled for ielts with this app and paid money. I wanted academic but they gave me general. Dude note it down okay...they gamble your money just like that...don't you ever fall for this trap. In the ad they never mentioned general or academic but mentioned it's just for 99 Rs. Seriously if I won't get academic or my money back I'm going to file a police complaint lol. You know what their executives just ignore you after getting your money 💰
