IF Timer: Intermittent Fasting

IF Timer – An App That Does One Thing

Most intermittent fasting apps start simple...
Then they add recipes.
Then coaching.
Then social feeds.
Then subscriptions.
Then ads.
Then AI telling you how you feel today.
???
Profit

Somewhere along the way, they forget the one thing you actually needed: A timer.

IF Timer is exactly that.
Nothing more. Nothing less.

It tells you:
- when you can eat
- when you shouldn’t
- how much time is left

That’s it.

*** What IF Timer actually does ***

⏱ Intermittent fasting timer
Choose your fasting method (14:10, 15:9, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, and more).
See your current phase and the time left, with big numbers and a clean circular progress indicator.

🔔 Optional notifications
Get notified when each phase starts.
Enable a persistent notification to always see your current phase and remaining time.
Or turn notifications off completely.

📱 Home screen widget
A clean widget that shows your current phase and remaining time.
Minimal configuration. No clutter. It just works*

* For the widget to work you need to enable notifications for this app, enable persistent notification in app settings and disable battery optimization for the app.

⌚ Wear OS companion app
IF Timer on your wrist. Same clean design, same big countdown.

The watch app installs automatically when you install IF Timer on a paired Wear OS watch. It runs as a full app, a swipeable tile, and four complications (short text, long text, progress ring, and goal progress) so any watch face can show your fasting status.

The watch app is timer-only — weight logging and the weight graph stay on the phone, where they belong on a larger screen.
Note: the watch app is fully independent. It has its own settings — you set your fasting method and start time once on the watch, the same way you did on the phone. They don't sync. This is deliberate: the watch app works whether your phone is with you or not, and there's no setup dance to pair them.

⚖️ Simple weight log
Log your weight whenever you want.
Edit or delete entries.
No analysis, no predictions, no comments.

📈 Clean weight graph
Shows the last 7 days by default, with week, month, and year views available.
Just your data, clearly displayed.

🌐 Multilingual by design
The app adapts to your device language and is available in multiple languages. Translations are provided via Google Play to make the app accessible worldwide.

📦 Import & export your data
Export your data in JSON format.
Import it back anytime.
Your data stays portable and under your control.

*** What IF Timer does NOT have ***

- No subscriptions
- No ads
- No account
- No login
- No cloud sync
- No social features
- No calorie counting
- No AI
- No “wellness ecosystem”

Your data stays on your device.
The app does one job.
And it stays out of your way.

*** Design philosophy ***

- Minimal, modern, and readable.
- Dark and light themes.
- System time and unit formats (kg / lbs).
- No visual noise.

You shouldn’t need a manual to use a fasting timer.

*** Who this app is for ***

- People who already understand intermittent fasting
- People who don’t want coaching or motivation
- People who just want to know when to eat

If you want guidance, plans, or lifestyle advice, this probably isn’t your app.

If you want a simple intermittent fasting timer with a weight log,
this is it.
