It's always a coin toss on whether this app will download a post or video. One day it does, another it doesn't. Total waste of space and time

I don't know why, but it suddenly started not working now. It just fine a week ago, but now whenever I try to open it, it's always loading. My connection is totally fine, why it's always loading, I wait for a long times but still loading. Please fix, ty
