Everything is great, except that if I have a credit in Ikea Family I have no way to add the credit to my order.

I enjoy it and make my purchase a little easy but could be better. Have problems linking my ikea family card and will be better if you could add items to a favorite list.

Awful app. The app is sluggish, ugly, and they are really slow delivering products. It's faster just going to the store. They don't even care.

Need real status updates! App needs updates and the whole process of buying is slow and not the best experience. Trying to call for updates and or visiting the local store took 4 to 6 hours and still nothing clear on where was my box. Need tender loving care.

It does not synchronize with the online cart. I fill my cart on Ikea web, with my account logged in, and nothing appear in the app. Same of I do it backwards. Searches won't work on Spanish either. Not even with product number.
