A whole year has passed, and the only thing that's different is the developers flat out hate the global players because global servers are treated like trash. All of the PvE content is outdated, abandoned like the "new Delphi House" or got worse with each new patch, and the developers are either censoring the game or changing things without informing players. It's heavily p2w, and you still need to spend $200-300usd to upgrade your leader classes. KR servers are treated like royalty. Do not play

The game is good actually but I've issue with the customer service agent that give unacceptable excuses, Just compensate me those selected ticket and I'll change my review here. I'll keep emailing and reporting too.

Eliminated the paywall, but then broke a game mode and left another game mode broken. Fix the cruise pvp. It is horribly broken. I have to pay to refresh the opponent, just for it to give me the exact same opponent again. Why? The same opponent should never show back up back to back. I had to pay to not fight them. The cooperative engagement is also broken now. It worked fine before, why change it? This dev team seems to lack common sense. Stop releasing broken game modes and breaking old modes.
