May not be compatible with Android 10. The free version worked great, so I thought I would get the paid version. Out of 30+ times launching the app, it stayed running for about 5 minutes before crashing one time. All the other times, it launched, ran for a second or two, then closes. Refund requested.

Fails to launch the downloads. Please provide support since I just purchased the app. And waited for support. No luck! Deleting app. Still waiting for support. I wish to get a refund! Do not use this app. It fails to function! Support will not respond!
