Overall the app is great, however it really depends on the camera being used. On the K-1 II I found the app so slow that it was unusable. On the K-3 Mark III it transfers either raw or jpegs very quickly, Image Sync maintains a connection, responds quickly to focus touches, and you can choose full size or XS JPEGs or RAW. Choose multiple photos to transfer in batch (press and hold one photo, then select all the others and hit the down arrow). Geolocation works reliably as well.

. I figured out how to connect image sync to phone I have a pentax kf camera this is what I did, I'll try to explain it. First I got the password from the camera then opened app on phone then entered password in app then I hit the Wi-Fi button on camera., phone starts looking for camera then I go to Wi-Fi app and open and look for your camera mine is pentax kf and click on what ever your camera is, and then it starts looking for your camera Wi-Fi .it connects app should then work!

Unable to connect at all anymore. What the hell? How is this even possible. I used to be able to copy images from the camera via Bluetooth (Wi-Fi never worked), but I can't even do that anymore. Do you not have budget to fix the bugs? Why release the app at all? If you can't support the application, do not advertise the connectivity, and do not release the app at all. Just have people copy images the old way. Very disappointing. $900 is not cheap for GRIII, you should do better by People Ricoh.

Doesn't work correctly on the Microsoft Surface Duo. Will not allow you to type in the device name to connect via Bluetooth to my ricoh gr 3. Also, just will not recognize Bluetooth connection after inputting device name even with Google voice.

*Sometimes* works over Wi-Fi for GR iii. Bluetooth does not work at all (Pixel 4). Tried everything. Even on Wi-Fi (phone has to connect to camera Wi-Fi AP), it constantly disconnects, and you have to re-enter the password all the time... It's just so bad...
