I purchased a dress and was sent a totally different size and instead of a refund I was given a gift card, so I made another purchase and then was sent a totally different item than what I ordered... Called the owner, and she instructed me to ship back the wrong item which I did the very next morning, and she asked me to text her the tracking number and receipt from the post office which I did and after doing, so I was told I would receive my corrected item via overnight shipping never happened
