Brilliant App. This broke my rambling down to a summary, dot points I discussed, and three other formats. As a pensioner I never subscribe to anything. I am on a very, very tight budget. Due to my memory issues I need to have something I can either record my daily medical appointments or if people don't feel OK about direct recording, I have a support worker make notes in my Dr book, and I can record these afterward. Great works with the development of an AI app that does everything.

This has been a terrible experience for me. Firstly the app did not deliver. There were so many mistakes in the transcriptions that it didn't make much sense to continue using it. Secondly, I signed up for the "free" version which becomes paid version after a few days. Once I realized it doesn't work for me, I canceled the subscription. But recently I found out that it wasn't cancelled at all, so I ended paying €50. I cancelled again and applied for a refund which was also rejected. Stay away!
