Impact Wrap is the world's leading platform for connected heavy bag fitness with over 1.8M workouts under our belt.

The Impact Tracker, a dedicated sensor that sits outside of the strike zone, measures how fast a hit accelerates it using any body part. Points are assigned to each hit - the harder you hit, the more points you receive.

This free app can be used for your gym or home to see your workout history and details like strike count, average impact force, pacing, and more performance metrics. And, now, Impact Wrap has integrated heart rate so you can see calories and HR zones for a complete fitness platform.

For martial arts schools, boxing gyms, and kickboxing fitness locations, our gym version connects from 2-63 bags together so you can compete against yourself or others.
