I am unable to upload my bills in the app.it is showing as processing for hours...still not uploading... I uninstalled and installed twice still not uploading... I am unable to withdrawal my funds in the app....every time I have to send bills to customer care agents in WhatsApp...but fousia an sari the customer relationship manager and ibrahim is very supportive and co operative....CEO grevieance officer suraj call to me and gave assurance to me that we will fix the problem as early as possible

Worst experience. I joined Impact Guru to raise funds for my father's cancer treatment after exhausting all other options. The agent was helpful only until my account was created. Later, instead of helping promote the campaign, I was pressured to pay ₹15,000 for campaigns. Charges were not explained clearly. My withdrawal took over 72 hours, and around 20–25% was deducted. The agent stopped responding. Very disappointing experience during a medical emergency.

I used this platform for medical crowdfunding during a serious medical emergency. Hospital bill was around ₹48,000–₹50,000, the platform did not release the funds to clear the pending hospital bill. After the patient passed away, there has been no proper response or clear communication regarding the funds or settlement of the hospital expenses. Customer support is not responding to calls or messages.

Impact Guru only hosts the campaign, but you have to do all the sharing yourself—they don't provide financial support or have backing donors, as confirmed by their team. Running a campaign through a YouTuber would be way better. This was just a waste of time and false hope.
