One of the worst apps ever. Customer service does not exist. They transfer message says no one available call back later and hangs up. Repeated at least 4 times. I have been with Shell for over 30 years, and I am very disappointed. Your AI says to look up in app to get account info to pay bills no billing generated, so I have no statement without statement I have no account number. Without an account number can not set up billing and pay from bank account. Bill is due before statement date

Imprint shell is the worst the card I ever had. I've been with shell for about 25 years. And never had any trouble with your card I tried making my payment 3 times in past 2 weeks. One on the phone, one in the mail and one with the app. The one on the phone was rejected, the one in the mail never posted to the account or bank so far.finally the payme in the app went threw but took 5 days to post. There is no real customer support except AI I may not use this card in the future.
