This app is a joke, I need someone from customer service to reach out to me. Your stupid voice assistant won't transfer me to a real person. I'm so mad, I just want to pay you clowns and cancel my account. The number on the back of card won't even let you talk to a person, and it says my account doesn't exist but yet I have a payment due tomorrow. If my credit gets ruined I'm going to sue your pos company

Imprint/Shell Poor customer service I have been on hold for 4 hrs just listening to music had to give up. Called today once again was on hold for 3 hours again I gave up. Try the automated and because I want to dispute a problem it tells me to call this number, and I called the number, and they don't even have a live agent at all If they did, you wouldn't be on hold for 3 to 4 hours.
