Absolutely worst credit card I have ever owned. In the past two months, my card has been compromised twice after one purchase with whatever new card I received. Over $4000 in travel credit bought. Fortunately, I got my money credited back to my account, but IMPRINT has little to no security when it comes to fraudulent card usage. Got hacked and locked out of my three times with very little help from customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this credit card.

Imprint/Shell Poor customer service I have been on hold for 4 hrs just listening to music had to give up. Called today once again was on hold for 3 hours again I gave up. Try the automated and because I want to dispute a problem it tells me to call this number, and I called the number, and they don't even have a live agent at all If they did, you wouldn't be on hold for 3 to 4 hours.
