Description

IMPULSA es la aplicación de investigación y promoción del bienestar desarrollada por el Laboratorio de Investigación en Psicología y Tecnología (I-PSI-TEC), de la Universidad de Valencia. IMPULSA ha sido desarrollada para evaluar y comprender mejor el papel de dos componentes centrales del bienestar, el afecto positivo y la vida basada en valores y fortalezas.
La aplicación ha sido desarrollada dentro del proyecto IMPULSA: Impulsando la salud mental y el bienestar a través de intervenciones digitales, financiado por las Subvenciones del programa Prometeo para grupos de excelencia de la Conselleria d'Innovació, Universitats, Ciència i Societat Digital de la Generalitat Valenciana [CIPROM/2021/041].
Actualmente IMPULSA contiene ejercicios breves que adaptan estrategias de promoción del bienestar, concretamente, el saboreo de emociones positivas, la realización de acciones coherentes con los valores personales y el uso de las fortalezas del carácter. Asimismo, IMPULSA permite responder preguntas para realizar una evaluación ecológica momentánea sobre los niveles de bienestar.
El objetivo de esta versión consiste en validar la experiencia de usuario con la aplicación y, por tanto, no tiene fines terapéuticos, y en ningún caso sustituye al tratamiento psicológico ofrecido por un profesional. El acceso a la aplicación estará restringido a usuario que no necesiten este apoyo.
