Spectacular!! Have used for 2-years now and have had absolutely zero issues! Works great from my GMC software as well. I can even control the temp or lights in my RV while I am away on business as if I were right there in the RV! I highly recommend this system for RV manufactures as "the" go to system that I will look for in my next RV purchase as well!

Does its job pretty well, but this app should not require overlay permissions. Overlaying is bad practice to begin with, and this app proves exactly why. You constantly receive disruptive alerts/alarms that take up the entire center of screen, and to make matters worse these alerts often cannot be closed without force stopping the app. Someone who is technologically inept would find it difficult to solve this problem, and their only real solution would be to reboot their entire phone.

Just bought a used trailer with the In Command control, so I downloaded this app. Paired my phone and made connection with my Wi-Fi: app frozen on loading floor plan. Tried to register with Global Connect but register button won't highlight to complete. Not sure if the system is still linked to previous owner but what a pain. Resetting th system seems overly complicated. No online help in any search, will have to try calling during business hours. Not a happy camper.

I can't download the correct app. My RV system is 4 years old, and I need the in command pro series which is not compatible with a Google Pixel 7. The in command app I can download is not compatible with my RVs on board system.
