With its intuitive interface, users can easily fill out Material IN and OUT forms, ensuring that every material movement is recorded accurately. The app supports real-time data entry, providing a streamlined process for tracking materials entering or leaving a facility. Whether managing inventory, overseeing supplies, or keeping a record of goods in transit, this module offers a practical solution for maintaining clear and organized material records.

* Asset Audit - A system to keep a count of all assets of a business.

* Maintenance - Our Maintenance Module is designed to streamline the scheduling and execution of maintenance activities for assets, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Key features include:
Asset Scheduling: Easily schedule maintenance activities for assets with predefined intervals or based on usage metrics to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Automated Reminders: Receive automated alerts and notifications for upcoming or overdue maintenance tasks.

*Mailroom:A streamlined solution for managing courier deliveries. Users can enter courier details, receive instant notifications for parcel arrivals and collections, and capture receiver information, including name, mobile number, image, and signature. The module also features automated and manual reminders for uncollected parcels, ensuring efficient parcel tracking and management.

*Register: A digital alternative to traditional logbooks, allowing businesses to create and manage customizable registers. Users can fill out and submit forms directly within the app, with entries automatically recorded in logs. The module provides seamless access to register entries, built-in analytics, and improved accountability, making record-keeping more efficient and error-free.
