Missing Actions Downloaded the basic version, which was great, then upgraded to pro. With basic, you can add to the inventory without having to open up the product editing screen, you just hit 'Stock in'. Why did this go away in pro?

Awesome prompt support! And in the cross-platform desktop version the feature that it has product image in the inventory item make it visual and hence make easy to read. Hopefully it will be available in the app too. All the other features been very intuitive and handy to use.

Great app! Need to update subscription please I love this app. The app itself closes a couple times a day which makes it very annoying when I'm working but I open it in the browser and it works just fine. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION to more than two users and have been unable to do so. Also, it would be great if the barcode scanner could scan in/out inventory rather than just adding it to the stock. Adding a product for a sale would be easier with description AND product ID or just the product ID. Overall great product!

I can't share sales order via WhatsApp , also even after getting pro version, I can't access it, showing account blocked everytime.

No customer service. Fail! The free version of this app works fairly well other than the photo not staying with the inventory item when saving sometimes. This paid version is awful. I can't even get into my account because it says it has been locked. There is no option to contact support for this app and I am unable to use it at all. No customer service. Fail

Slow as a snail By wrapping the website, it ends up pretty slow to respond to each action. Why not a real app and sync?
