Nesto for shopping is vry gud. would have given a 5 star for that. But 0 for the supporting staff. I hardly stay 300 mts from nesto and evrytime after my shopping they keep saying we don't have any staff to send with you, all unbelievable reason. And evrytime they go to their supervisor and then send someone. I guess nesto needs gud trained n polite staff.

The added points' strategy is fake. The INAAM program is not adding the points. To improve this, you need to add the messages' notification. So it can clear when you purchase anything and how much points you added.

Subject: Defective Product: Impel Gas Stove I am writing to express my disappointment with the Impel Gas Stove I purchased from Mushrif Nesto. Unfortunately, the ignition switches have stopped working after only two months of use. Despite reaching out to Happiness Care and sales executives, I have not received a satisfactory solution to this issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product's performance and the after-sales support.

Since August 2021 I was a regular costumer in Nesto Satwa branch mostly the cashier are not focused and not mind the que their talking first and chatting each other (co-worker), and lately it's very bad experience still in the promotion the items, but they change already the price in the signage and the system. I just raised and talk to the in-charge and the costumer service, but they didn't mind not once, twice but how many times it's happened. Very poor experience lately.
