The company stole a hundred dollars from me, I've called them seven times and spoke to customer service to get my money back, and they would tell me that a manager would call me back. They never have. They said that I used $57 worth of charging for 7 minutes when any other time I charge my car I charge it for the full 80%, and it cost me $27 I've never paid over $27 every other time I've used this fast charger. All they do is give you the runaround, and it has been since April 1st.
