Nice effort, but I would give some ui advice. The report pothole button would look better if it's at the starting in middle or top right in home page. Keeping it always static to the screen is distracing. Also in the complaint page, the upvote button is being hided a bit by my phone's back/home buttons, so add some space in that page bottom. Overall the app is well-made, but some caching can improve performance and load times. Good luck.

You should include name of local area Par shad. As mostly work and money is given to them by nagar Nigam. Also, you should ask the prasad WhatsApp number to sent them that someone has reported your work. You can do using WhatsApp business or someone api like things. Then only they will be fear. As reporting on app or website and they themselves don't be aware of it. Keep user anonymous.
