I started reading your paper to follow Jacoby during football season. However, began reading more broadly when I saw an article that attracted me. The writing style is such that the articles have a story-telling flavor.

I enjoy getting local news via the Indy star. I like the feature to catch up on new articles. I also like the coverage of local sports.

Is now virtually impossible to log in to view the newsprint version. Even after changing password, the site still refuses to accept it. Customer service was no help at all (on multiple efforts). While it's okay on those rare occasions when it does work, a majority of the time, it's nothing more than a pile of garbage. Basically, a waste of time and effort.

I joined but still can't read some articles and I have to refresh the app multiple times just to get new stories that I can't read.

Account management page is blank. Subscriber has to call to cancel the subscription. Stayed on hold for 7 minutes.

Have to sign in every gd time you open the app. Ridiculous. They have ignored all feedback concerning this, so I will NOT be renewing my subscription.

I'm a subscriber and have to log into the app every time I pull it up. Super frustrating, I thought that paying them would be an easier way to get some local news, apparently not.
