This app has been instrumental in helping me understand what I have in my closet. Instead of blindly and impulsively shopping I'm realizing that I have a ton of great clothes that I need to wear! I love the outfit feature where you can design outfits and give them different labels, so you can search something to wear when you're lacking ideas.

I liked it at first but now 7 times out of 10 when I take a picture and press ok, it pops up the "Ready to be an insider for real?" ad, and when I close it, the picture disappears, and I have to take it again. Sometimes it's stuck in a loop, and pops it up after I retake the picture, for multiple times, so I just close the app and give up. I started to like this app but gotta leave it and look for something else. Either it's buggy, or just pushes the premium version super hard.

I wish they hadn't put in an automatic free trial of insider with no option to activate it later. Basically I didn't get to use it because I only had time to upload a few items that week and the only option was to pay for it again. Also really annoying that you have to pay to see any of your statistics at all. Like, that's my data, but I can't look at it?? Also the AI features in this app are kind of incessant. No I do not want to make an AI generated selfie please stop asking me!

I've been using index insider for a year and have found it useful, however I think the new "virtual selfie" feature is horrendous. I don't want to be asked to see an AI slop version of each outfit every time I'm trying to look through my real, human selfies. Major disappointment from Indyx. Probably going to cancel/delete

This app asks me to share my location every time I open it. Why does a closet app want to know my location? Everyone should be more aware of what data they're sharing with random apps. Your closet doesn't need to know your location. It wants to suggest outfits based on the weather? Just look out the window.
