No item. No contact. First order on 11/26/21 was flawless. Item arrived at 11/29. Placed another order that day. Was charged...no item shipped email...no item arrived. Does not reply to emails or answer phone. No replies to any msgs left. I need a refund. Most places don't charge til shipped. They took mine without fllling order and are mia.

WAY TOO LONG TO GET ORDER - I ordered 4 wks ago & it still says unfulfilled. I've bought before w/out problem & recommend to FB groups I'm in but no more . I've tried to contact them and only get a generic email saying what a success their last sale was & how they received so many orders & that my order is on the printing stage. BS, they've had enough time to process the order. I will never recommend this company again and will warn people in all my quilting groups to avoid them
