Can't use this app at all. Everytime you try to log on it tells you your account has been locked out. So you call tech support an they say you aren't locked out. I've uninstalled an reinstalled 4 times. Still not working. I'm not happy customer at all.

Stopped working!!! Used to work great until I tried to log in today and its just the Infinity screen no option to log in or anything.

In theory, banking apps are great. In reality, some fall short. I have two banks I use, Infinity and another. The latter has a great banking app and is so easy to use and navigate. The former....let's just say it's ten times easier to use my phone's browser to check my account then the app. And this is the most recent update. One of Infinity's staff members informed me that they are working on a brand new app with an easier interface and simpler navigation, but she was not sure when that would be released. So I think I'm just going to use my browser from now on until the new app comes out. *shrugs* What can you do?
