This has been very aggravating just to set up auto-pay from my bank account. Not to mention to get my darn member number.

The new app is terrible. Going through settings, and it will randomly bring me back to the accounts page. Can't save password, can't set up biometrics, can't see balance from login page. Pending payments are either unlabeled from regular transactions, or gone entirely

The app is fine, but the banking practices are antiquated. They don't have the capacity to issue debit cards at a branch. AND their security sucks. I've had three erroneous charges to my account. I finally removed my auto direct deposit.
