It’s a fun and interactive platform where you can discover new products, read honest reviews, and even receive complimentary products to test and review. The app is easy to navigate, and I love how personalized the recommendations and campaigns are based on my interests and lifestyle. For the most part it is seamless to opt in for products and submit reviews, but they are NO help when I have been trying to reach out to someone for a month to say I received a product but the app won't show it was received, and it won't let me select on the option that says that I received it. They send an automated response that tells me to click the button that I am telling them is glitching. No one is helping me fix this, and I bet when the deadline passes I lose eligibility.

This app is awful. The communication is abysmal. I waited forever for an item that I selected. After a few weeks, they emailed me saying it was delayed. No biggie, but then it was delivered more than a month later without informing me of its arrival. This app is difficult to navigate, and once you write a review, you can't edit it. The review portion wouldn't let me upload some of the pictures—no communication on whether your review was posted.
