I have no issue paying for Info-Neige. It's $10 a year, negligible. In fact, I subscribed on the first day it was available, Dec 15th. Their city funding was pulled, so they need money to maintain the app. It still has better notifications than the 311 app and is easier/faster to navigate and the price is seriously low. The app broke last week, and they fixed it in a few days, their support was pretty responsive.

Great app. Wasted $400 in snow removal towing fees before I got this app, now I set my position and get alerts when MTL is towing the street side I parked on. Thank the F this app was made possible. Wish I was told about this app before I moved to DT MTL.

Since 2017, I’ve had a bad experience with the snow removal app. It failed to provide the correct information about snow clearing schedules. One weekend, I left my car parked and went out of town. When I returned, I was shocked to find that my car had been towed, and I had received a ticket. After calling 311, we checked the snow removal status together and discovered that the app had shown no snow removal planned, even though it was in progress. Be cautious always check the panels on the street

This app is useless now, with its subscription model just to see snow removal notification and progress. Use the 311 Montreal app, it does way more stuff and it's free.

Things that were free are now behind a pay wall subscription. Like favoring your street, so you can track the snow cleaning....
