I don't know why it has such a bad rating, in my opinion this is the best public transportation app! You can see in real time when the public transportations are, you can see in how many minutes they will arrive to your station and more things I haven't tried yet!

This app has been so helpful on our trip to romania. Tells you where to walk to the bus stop, exactly what bus it is and number. If it's running late/early etc. it's made our travel around bucharest and to the airport easy and cheap. Uber is a rip-off, cost us 50p each to the airport on the bus, uber wanted £20

If I zoom in is because there is what I want to see closely...it is inconvenient how it keeps on zooming out by itself... Traffic is hard to predict, I do not expect the schedule on the app to be by the second, but how can the first stop have nothing to do with the schedule?!! In the beginning it was on point, but now some buses come even 5 minutes before the e schedule or some don't come at all...

Poate dati update la plicate ca sa arate orele corecte la care vin autobuses, ca de aia e facuta si poate aveti grija sa nu se mai blocheze asa des, sta cate o ora blocata si nu se poate face mimic pe ea (How about you update the app, so it shows the correct arrival time, after all, that's the purpose of it also, maybe you could possibly fix it, it bugs for even an hour at a time, and it's impossible to use)

Useless app, the real time does t exist. Is not first time I wait 1 hour until tramway came, and it said on app "in 10 minutes", "in 25 minutes" and "in 40 minutes" none came, not even one tramway. Waiting for nothing cuz nothing came. 1 star because is not useful at all. Very huge delays and that's it.

Incorrect arrival estimation. Often the app shows that a bus arrives at a certain time and 15 minutes later the bus has still not arrived at that bus station.
