★★★★★ I always buy tickets through this service, it's easy and reliable, there is a rating for each bus company, too. You also get bonuses for each trip and can use them for another booking, which I appreciate

★★☆☆☆ Very poor service. With degrading Ukraine, their services are no more reliable. Don't use this app. The bus which shows direct travel is not direct, the drivers trick the passengers and left them in the mid-journey.

I had urgent situation, that's why I visited their office 7 minutes before closing the office, and she said that she needs to go at home when there were other employees too. I think company needs to train their employees in customer service!

★★☆☆☆ Don't work properly. Every time you try to save a new passenger it changes their birthdate and expiry date of pass. And you can't change this data because it doesn't save any changes in the saved passenger profile.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely a scam. Purchased bus r/t tickets from Sofia to Veliko Turnovo. Was promised a bus from one company, was picked up by another company with a very old bus. No Wi-Fi, no power, no bathroom, NO AIR CONDITIONING in 30°+ weather. Driver made random stops that weren't in schedule. Bus was late. Do not use unless you want the worst bus experience!
