This app is basically useless if you buy your furniture directly through the shop at their outlet, their customer services are slow and sucks, I can't see when the delivery and the installation services going to come to my house because it doesn't show up in the app (this is my first purchase, and I'm bound to stay at my home for 2 DAYS waiting for ANY information for furniture that I've already fully paid) it's so frustrating! I can't even see the e-receipt on the app 😠

Cancelled order without any notice (only through the apps. If you don't have the stock, you need to update your apps regularly. The apps didn't mention anything about my used point refund as well. I just set my bank account to process the refund, the apps have 2 factors authentication and told me to send code through WhatsApp, but I did not receive anything from my WhatsApp (but through sms). Not recommend to transact through these apps, the developer not really serious maintaining this apps

Worst app and worst customer service SOP. I ordered 2x: 27 May & 3 June 2026. It is now 16 June 2026. Up until now, the last updated status on their app is "product being packaged". I am contacting the customer service right now and have waited almost 20 minutes with no response - only a template introduction about someone named "Abell". Informa Sunset Road, who messaged me quickly after my purchase to let me know that shipment can take 7-10 days, never responded anymore when I asked nicely.
