Description
The Informed Delivery® Mobile application allows you to start your mornings with a preview of your day’s USPS mail and packages. This free app lets you see photos of your mail before it arrives and receive USPS tracking updates.
You can use the app to:
• Create your account or sign-in with an existing account. • Get daily digest notifications to preview your mail and packages scheduled to arrive soon. • See grayscale images of your mail before it arrives*. Images are of the exterior, address side only of letter sized mail. • Interact with mailer-provided digital content associated with your mail (e.g. - special offers, related links). • Scan eligible tracking numbers or label barcodes to track the status of your inbound or outbound USPS packages. • Get delivery status updates directly to your smartphone.
*Images are only provided for letter-sized mailpieces that are processed through USPS’s automated equipment. Mail and packages may not arrive the same day you get a notification – please allow several days for delivery.

Great app if there are mail thieves in your area. You can see which day there is mail and view a photo of what is arriving to your mailbox, and can have a text sent when the mail has been delivered to your box. Being informed means being able to get your mail from your box by being at the box or being notified when it has been delivered and is in your mailbox. Security for mail theft this is a must, 5 stars

I can install it on my Google Pixel 8 now. It's a great simple app. It would be nice to have more information on packages that are being delivered. Otherwise, works beautifully.

I love the feature itself but the point of the app correct me if I'm wrong what's to have an easier way to stay logged in right? yeah it doesn't do that. You can't use biometrics It literally doesn't work It doesn't let you add it, But it will remind you can do it every single time you attempt to log in. And it logs you out even when you say "keep me logged in". Every single time. Which would be fine but the biometrics doesn't work!

I try signing in. over and over it has me sign in, enter a code, and when I enter the code it has me sign in again. I had no problem with this app before.it kept me signed in until couple days ago, I was signed out for some reason. Now I can't get signed in. why? And the other thing, if I go to my email to get the code it won't stay on the page. I have to start over. Is it my phone or the app? I can sign in on the web but not the app. I don't like 2-step verification

I was really happy until every login requires MFA. It is annoying. The MFA process is making think about uninstalling this app. Typical gov't works good, then they have to improve and screw things up.
