I am not happy with the ability to overcharge my account when I am not allowed to do so but when a machine overdrafts my account I'm held responsible for the amount plus an overdraft fee. And have been stolen from multiple times by infuse and have tried to get my checking account upgraded but since I have not been able to keep my account in the positive for a yr I have been unable to solve problems

Its TERRIBLE you have to force stop it multiple times just to log in. Yes I've uninstalled and re-installed still same issue Needs an instant balance widget, so you need to log in every time to check your account balances

Always causes problems for us elderly one's. We have had to resort to personally going to most of our creditors and paying in person or calling our creditors and paying by phone. We would change back to Chase in a heartbeat if we had a Chase bank neàr us. We bank at the Waynesville, Mo branch, and we love Shelby. She is super helpful and probably getting very tired of us.
