Worst ever! My account was overdrawn when it had protection on it to never get below a certain amount. Yet they still have it saying that it's my fault. The one thing is I've only used the account to transfer money for my significant other and that's it. I would definitely not use this bank!

Such a horrible app. Trying to locate something in the app. Nope. Trying to communicate or start a chat. Stuck on a white screen. don't load. My service is great. Have data. The app just sucks. Could be a lot of improvement to it. Every time I get into the app being patient does nothing.

Always causes problems for us elderly one's. We have had to resort to personally going to most of our creditors and paying in person or calling our creditors and paying by phone. We would change back to Chase in a heartbeat if we had a Chase bank neàr us. We bank at the Waynesville, Mo branch, and we love Shelby. She is super helpful and probably getting very tired of us.
