You show someone a real notepad app and let them inspect the app. You then type a prediction on it without showing them. You allow them to freely select a card from a secretly marked deck. You tell the person that you have magically influenced them to pick the card you predicted. Before revealing the card, you show your prediction in the notepad. (2) Telepathy
You walk up to a stranger and say you have telepathic ability.
