I was simply fired by saying access denied!!! 😠😠😠 Is that a joke!?!? Edit: I tried to sign in using Google, but it took too long while loading, so I decided to sign in directly from the app, and it did but after choosing country and language I received a note on my screen saying "access denied" and as I tapped "ok" the app closed!

The app is weirdly inaccurate. I completed my book, and it has over 20k words but it showing 17k words. The book has 20 chapters but its showing 21 chapters. I uploaded another book, and it's the same thing, inaccurate word count. Then I emailed them, and they told me to pay if I want to be answered in 1 business day or wait for 5 business days without paying. Why do I have to pay for your fault? I don't get it. The app is slow and inaccurate. Please fix it, it's annoying.
