★★☆☆☆ Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. Prices suck && somehow messed up my order from the 7th, where they inmate was supposed to receive the pictures by the 14th, I gave them a call && they told me it was going to be another 2 weeks.... they won't refund you back either!!!!!

I SENT MY LOVED ONE SOME PHOTOS BUT FOR WHATEVER REASON THE JAIL THAT HE IS LOCATED IN NO LONGER USES INMATE PHOTO APP SO MY LOVED ONE NEVER RECEIVED MY PHOTOS! WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE IN THE EMAILS GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH ME DECLINING MY REFUND!!! THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME AND NEVER GAVE IT BACK!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!!
