Timing of photos to get to the actual inmate is a little ridiculous especially consisting the price is triple the amount that it costs to just print photos and send them yourself. And yoi should have more options for actual books or playing cards or coloring books to send them for the price you charging for free prints yoi guys print off the internet and send. But overall the best thing about this app is the convince. Only due to having car trouble right now Is why I'm even using it

OVERpriced! They just found a new way to exploit, be greedy and just take more money out of the loved ones that send pictures and money to inmates. I sent 10, 4x6 pictures for $24.95. Ridiculous

I sent 20 photos to my inmate and this app allowed me to send them at the price of $23 almost $24. With Inmate Photos having a contract with an institution, I'm sure it stipulated how many photos are allowed. There's nothing that tells you, you have a limit. Well after I sent and paid for 20 photos they were rejected all 20, it didn't give him the number of photos allowed they sent them all back to me in the mail and I didn't get a refund. So be aware.

Expensive!!! 😳 Better off sending pics & letters through the facilities service provider (kiosk) Very disappointing that an app created to help people stay in contact with loved ones would charge so much 😒
