My glasses won't pair with insolence no matter what I do please help me

First of all, thanks for the product (INMO GO). I really like it. Requesting the dev team couple of critical fixes/features: 1. Teleprompter truncates/deletes lines in between. 2. Volume becomes maximum automatically. 3. Sometimes AI chat answers appear without any spaces. 4. AI chat responds to max 1–2 queries. Unable to continue a long discussion beyond that. 5. AI chat sometimes reads out on phone, sometimes on speaker of glasses. 6. Allow to rename the teleprompter scripts titles

Subscription based translation.... after months of using my inmo go with no issues, today I got a popup saying I reached the maximum translation amount allowed for my device.... I can no longer use this for conversation... worse is that there's no support for troubleshooting.... disappointed and feel a bit cheated...

Inmo air 3 glasses sucks. don't trust online reviews. I can't get these to pair with anything. INMO keeps encouraging users to download sketchy 3rd party apps rather than just making the device work with screen mirroring from Samsung or Windows. All apps are buggy. I don't understand why so many youtubers praise these glasses. Oh, and don't download this app for the Air 3. It is only compatible with their older glasses. Because that makes sense.....
