It's a good app. Deserves 5⭐. Very economical tariffs. A few issues only. Agent network still small. The issue of having to use a different pin on USSD and on app are frustrating. One password across all platforms. Also, the issue of scanning QR Code is tiresome. We just need seamless quick transactions. That puts off a lot of users from using it more frequently but it's the cheapest out there. We also need virtual cards for international payments

Lnnbucks is my current favorite microfinance bank, it allows me to transact with easiness, the process is very fast no complications at all, also thank you for upgrading it to local currency (ZIG) transactions as well. The charging fees are also cheap which make it the most convenient for me to save up my funds. Thank you team for the upgrades. After each upgrade im locked out ...this time I upgraded, and it want to enter OTP number to verify, yet you never send the otp ....why do I need to re-register after every update

First time using the app for short process yesterday deposited money to my Spin city Account it sent a message that I have successfully transacted money to spin city but still hasn't shown my $4 to my Spin city account 😑 am soo disappointed all this time I was using code and login method never had such problem, feels like it just took my 4 bucks 😢 took advantage of the trust I had built in it ... ANYWHERE THANK YOU INNBUCKS ...
