Great app for developing the feeling association of what high performance states feel like and for learning how to sustain coherence. Biofeedback tech like this one is a great tool for helping you get back into balance by provide the real time feedback of your internal state.

Works with Tablets! Just hit the play button, and it will pair with the Bluetooth sensor. I was frustrated that the new heart math app doesn't work with Tablets, and it was confusing how to connect this app to the sensor, but I emailed customer service and they were very helpful! HRV training is an essential skill, thank you Hearth Math for discovering it!

There are no audio cues for the breathing pacer which means you have to stare at the screen the entire session in order to be in sync. It would be way better to be able to rest your eyes and have an audio cue to breathe with. The audio does let you know your coherence, which I think is much less helpful.

Poor Quality, usb c on the sensor set conwcting to my phone. I replaced the charger port, and it has the same problem. I'm very disappointed to have problems when it's a month old, on a $300 sensor, that rarely left my desk.

Useless. Crashes all the time. When it did connect, the readings were pretty random. Over 200 Euros for this useless technology.
