Unable to access the shopping list. It is empty. Finally, it is fixed

Same here. Shopping list was unable to access since day 1 (been using Touch since June). And most interesting part is this smart cooking robot that operated by Wi-Fi is unable to connect to Wi-Fi 6. Called customer service, and she suggests me to switch back to Wi-Fi 5 or use my mobile hotspot to connect which is I found not practice at all to leave my hp in my kitchen next to Touch while it cook. So now I can only use manual to cook rice. Still waiting for feedback from HQ to solve this problem.
