It's a really good app for completing tasks and logging calls. The web based portion is better for creating calls, organizations and tasks. Hand in hand they are awesome.

It is very convenient. Of course there are things that have to be done on the sight that can't be done on the app. Most of what gets done on the app does sync with the sight. Somethings do not. If I create a task for someone other than me on the app, most of the time it doesn't sync. The really strange thing is that I can sync my Google calendar to the app, but not to the sight. I would say more, but I am out of space.

I used to use this app as a major tool to plan and work my day. It WAS great. After the latest upgrade it is useless in the field. It humbles task dates, and you can no longer see the name of the client to visit. Works fine on my desktop, but the phone app in the feild does not link properly to see your task information. I hope they fix this.

Worst app ever. It takes forever to capture a business card. Does not transfer emails to the desktop, despite being captured. It does not allow you to edit email addresses and is complicated to edit company names.

The desktop UI is better. The app can be laggy despite a good 5G mobile connection, overall the interface is untidy, search results via the app aren't always great maybe due to layout. I rarely use the unsightly app these days and generally wait to go back to the desktop the office. Pipedrive is an example of a better CRM mobile interface.

Search option is useless...won't search the entirety of various leads, opps etc. Rendering the search option near useless. Anyone doing B to B sales knows that being able to search for a name or LLC is crucial to getting the right information while on a sales call. -Canot sell multiple products once set up as an opportunity. EG, once a contact(EG Lead>Opportunity >Sales>Contact) showing they are interested on your new product is impossible.
