I’ve driven for Uber and started driving for INSOFTDEV Mobility Driver yesterday. And by far from my experience INSOFTDEV Mobility Driver is a better company to work for. Just in two days I became a five-star driver, and I’m close to unlocking my silver rewards. Their navigation on the app is much better than Uber’s, and they notify the driver to let them know that you’re nearby. Uber tends to be very hard on their drivers when I was driving for them, I was always under pressure to maintain a high rating. But the format for INSOFTDEV Mobility Driver is so much nicer than Uber’s platform. Just use enough common sense and follow the platform for INSOFTDEV Mobility Driver and you can’t help but get a good rating. Thank you live for being there for us.

I have done Postmates, DoorDash, and INSOFTDEV Mobility Driver. INSOFTDEV Mobility Driver probably has the best app, and driver support. The app is well optimized, and easy to use. This is very important because you’re either driving, getting out of the car, or running with your phone and food in your hand. The Postmates and DoorDash apps are such a hassle to use, and are constantly lagging and freezing. The INSOFTDEV Mobility Driver app also makes it very easy for me to instantly get in touch with my customers. They also don’t track your location in real time and give my customers the wrong idea if I’m delivering another customer’s order. This was a major problem with Postmates and DoorDash.

I registered with them send all the documents, they set up my username and password, after download the app can not log in and can not find forget username or password options, and can't find any contact details it's not professional and company needs professional service for their clients

Hi, since the 4th of February 2025 update the app is monster size on my screen, I can't access the 3 lines menu from top left. I can't search for bids, or to log out
